Organize files by content with private AI. RenameClick reads documents, screenshots, scans, and photos, then suggests names and folders before anything changes on disk.
- Category presets for documents, media, custom folders, metadata folders, and Match folders.
- Review-first workflow: suggested moves stay editable until you apply them.
- Local AI mode works without uploading your files.
Analyze unlimited files free. Applying renames or moves to disk uses credits: 30 free per month, unlimited on Pro.

Organize by content, not file type
A PDF can be an invoice, a signed contract, a receipt, or a scanned ID. A PNG can be a screenshot, a chart, or a product mockup. RenameClick looks at the content and suggests the folder a person would normally choose.
Use the organizer when you are cleaning up a mixed folder such as Downloads, Scans, Desktop, client uploads, or a folder of unsorted photos and documents.
- Choose built-in presets for Documents or Media Files.
- Create custom categories with short descriptions.
- Use metadata folder presets for date, EXIF, and fixed folder levels.
- Use Match folders when the destination already has client or project folders.
Review first, then apply
The common fear with AI file organization is that the tool will move files somewhere surprising. RenameClick separates analysis from apply. You can inspect suggested names and folders, deselect risky rows, edit names, retry a batch, and only then apply changes to disk.
That makes it practical to test a folder before paying for a bigger workflow. The free plan lets you analyze as much as you need; credits are used when you apply renames or moves.
When to automate
After a preset works on real files, move the same setup into Auto Flow. Auto Flow can watch Downloads, Scans, Screenshots, or client upload folders, wait for files to stabilize, and then rename, categorize, or both.
- Start with Auto Apply off for sensitive folders.
- Use Auto Apply only after a preset works reliably on low-risk files.
- Keep one row per intake folder so rules stay understandable.
