Sorter, organizer, and renamer are different jobs

Sort and categorize new files as they arrive
Use RenameClick as file sorting software for continuous intake: one Auto Flow row per watched folder. Downloads can use document categories, screenshots can use a media preset, and scanner output can use a stricter document prompt. Each row has its own destination, naming format, custom instructions, and Auto Apply setting.

Is Auto Apply required?
No. You can keep Auto Apply off and review processed results before moving or renaming files on disk.

Yes. Each apply operation creates an undo checkpoint. In Auto Flow, undo/redo is available when Watch is off.
