Quick Install

macOS

Install RenameClick with Homebrew:

brew install --cask renameclick

Alternative: use the Download button on the homepage.

• Homebrew cask: formulae.brew.sh/cask/renameclick
• Homepage: rename.click

Windows

Install RenameClick with WinGet using the Microsoft Store source:

winget install 9NWF30K6GFQG -s msstore

Alternative: install it from Microsoft Store.

Platform Notes

• macOS: Supports Apple Silicon and Intel
• Homebrew cask: Listed for macOS 12+
• Windows: Available through Microsoft Store and installable via WinGet from the msstore source

First Launch

On first launch, RenameClick downloads the built-in local AI model if you use the Local provider.

• Download size: about 4 GB
• After that, local processing works offline
• Cloud providers remain optional and use your own API keys

If WinGet Does Not Find the Package

Check that the Microsoft Store source is enabled:

winget source list

If msstore is missing, reset sources:

winget source reset --force
